Organic principles, 2019 12% Portugal, Bairrada Bical/Arinto. It reminds me of someone with a comfortable sense of oneself, wise yet approachable.. FP Bairrada Branco opens with an aromatic expression of lemon, white flowers and almond. Complex and crunchy attack, with a lovely balanced minerality in the dry finish. Great wine, one of our favourites.
