Sparkling pear cider, Killahora Orchards Co.Cork natural, 2017 11.5% A Fine Perry is lightly sparkling and made from Oldfield, Blakeney Red, Huffcap and other varieties of perry pear, specifically bred since the 17th century. A soft, mousey bubble mouthfeel brings out the notes of lemon peel, gooseberry and floral meadows.
